Well, I haven’t posted anything at all in our year of living in Florida. But we have big news! We are moving back to Denver!! Our house was listed on Wednesday and got several offers and are now under contract! God’s provision has truly been amazing. Since my last post on here was the before pics of our house on here, I thought it would be fun to share where we ended up. We got most of the “phase one” projects done! If we were going to stay here, we had planned to do a master bath/closet addition and deck off the back (even had plans drawn up), but never got around to that. BUT our buyer plans to carry out our plans so that makes me happy 🙂 This little house has good bones and a lot of character and I’m glad Calder and I were able to bring out it’s potential. If we could bring the house with us, we would.. but we are super excited to be heading back to the city we call home! Here are the listing pictures:
